Work continues on OlŽ, a condo and townhouse community in East Naples on Wednesday afternoon. A California-based research firm released a report Wednesday stating that the Naples and Marco Island area slipped three slots to #6 as one of the best places to live. The firm surveys 210 metropolitan areas annually. The immediate cause for the slippage is due the cooling condo and housing market.
