Scott Wiedensaul answers questions after his presentation to the Marco Island Boy Scout Troop 234 and Cub Scout Troop 234, on Wednesday night at Tommie Barfield Elementary, highlighting his research on hummingbirds and owls. Wiedensaul is giving the keynote address at 7 p.m. Friday for the 4th Annual Southwest Florida Birding & Wildlife Festival, Jan. 18 to 20 at Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. The noted author and naturalist will be presenting his latest book, "Of a Feather, A Brief History of American Birding."
