Students from the S.T.A.R. program get on the bus to return to Immokalee after spending the day at Community School of Naples on Wednesday. Garcia is one of about 200 school-age children from Immokalee who are participating in Guadalupe CenterÕs S.T.A.R. program. S.T.A.R., which stands for Summer Tutoring and Recreation, is an eight week summer enrichment program that, for one week students learn math, language arts and computers from teachers at the Community School of Naples.
