Six people, four adults and two children, are transported to local hospitals after their plane crashed near Marco Island. They were picked up Thursday evening off Cape Romano by a Good Samaritan, according to the coast guard. At 5:56 p.m. a twin engine Cessna that puddle jumps between Key West and Marco Island Executive Airport went down six miles south of Goodland. All survived and were taken to local hospitals with moderate injuries, none life threatening.
