Marco Island City Councilman, Frank Recker was a guest speaker for the Citizenship in the Community Badge requirements for Boy Scout Troop 234. Youth Relations Officer Jennifer Lofey also presented her duties in public services. The troop will be participating in community service projects, learning roles of government, and attending public meetings to complete their merit badge requirements.
