Four families made the adoption of five children official on Friday in a Collier County Courtroom as they raised their right hands and took an oath in front of Collier County Judge Elizabeth Krier. The children were part of the foster network and were placed permanently with their host families. The event was in honor of National Adoption Day on November 21.
