As part of his claim with BP, Matt Blaisdell, 41, owner of Poseidon's Garden, a memorial reef sea burial service based in Cape Coral, wants the oil company to replace the life lost in the Gulf of Mexico due to the underwater oil geyser. Blaisdell wants help writing legislation that will require BP, as well as other oil companies, to place artificial reefs in Florida waters once it is safe to do so following this Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster.
