Kimberly Adams, an employee at Jay's Fabrics and Upholstery on Fourth Ave. S., cuts a piece of fabric for a customer Thursday. The city of Naples recently designated Tenth Street the Design District. The district goes from about Fifth Avenue North to Ninth Street South, and from U.S. 41 to Tenth Street. The designation comes as more designed-based businesses join the existing locally owned interior design stores on the street.
