A plaque memorializing Gloria Pandelli is fixed to a concrete block that will be used as part of an artificial reef in the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral's Poseidon's Garden, an underwater burial business, creates an artificial reef using cement blocks incorporating created remains to memorialize loved ones who have passed away. The company was thought up by David Blaisdell while he was in the hospital waiting for a liver transplant.
