Larry Phillips a fishmonger for Randy's Fish Market in Naples Florida shucks five cases of fresh Louisiana oyster a day during season for the customers at the restaurant. The restaurants Executive Chef Richard Miller, says that "the cost increase from the oil spill off the coast of Louisiana will most likely occur as a result of supply and demand, no matter where they come from they'll be expensive." He anticipates the prices could rise as high as three time what the cost now forcing him to buy oysters from other area's. Staff/Manuel Martinez
