Left to right, cooks Juan Francisco Chacon and Erlin Bolanos use a rented outdoor grill to prepare food for customers at the Dock at Crayton Cove. The restaurant has a limited menu consisting of cold items, raw appetizers, and steamed and grilled prepared foods. The Dock was left with limited food preparation after losing all its gas appliances due to a ruptured gas line in Fort Myers on Thursday night.
