Respiratory Therapist Suzie Convery uses a chest percussor on Jennifer Likness, 28, during a breathing treatment last week. Likness has cystic fibrosis, a typically pediatric disease, and has been in the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida for nearly a month. After spending two to four weeks at a time since 1995 in the General Pediatric Wing of the children's hospital in Fort Myers, Likness decided the hospital rooms needed a facelift to improve morale of patients. She started a fund called Jenn's Kids to help raise money for renovations. Lexey Swall/Staff
