Ellie Walloch shows Caden Bouws one of the many specimens that were pulled from the gulf as part of a workshop held by the Florida Parks and Services. A few dozen residents joined Pamela Jones from Florida Parks and Services at Lovers Key for an educational workshop on the beach. Adults and children spent the afternoon collecting specimens using different size nets and later analyzing and discussing them. The workshop was geared towards awareness and preservations of Florida's natural environment. Manuel Martinez/Staff
