Buonamici testified that she walked in to one of the band dressing rooms on one specific occasion where Hamberg and the alleged victim were standing very close to each other. Buonamici said that the alleged victim jumped back away from Hamberg. Hamberg is charged with eight felony counts of lewd or lascivious battery of a minor.
