Dart Electronics sought $9,730.11 plus interest for unpaid fire alarm and security system work. Entertainment Film Works didn't respond to the lawsuit, which led to a $10,290.86 judgment. Dart Electronics wanted James Duffy held in contempt of court, but the case was dismissed after the theater closed in September 2002.
