Michael MacKenzie Joyner, the Fort Myers insurance agent accused of running down three people in a golf cart with his sport utility vehicle after last year's ACE Group Classic golf tournament, appears in court Monday at the Collier County Courthouse in Naples. Joyner, 53, is facing a charge of leaving the scene of a crash with personal injury, a third-degree felony.
