Lee County and the state of Florida approved $3.26 million in financial incentives to expand the Chico's FAS headquarters in Fort Myers. The Fort Myers Regional Partnership and Lee County’s Economic Development Office announced Dec. 8, 2011, that the the county and State of Florida had approved money for the project, expected to help create 150 new jobs with salaries totaling about $11.3 million over the next three years.
