Jim France special to the Eagle Dennis Huff of Crime Stoppers was one of the many taking part at Saturday's Community Safety Day at Veterans' Community Park. The first time event, co-sponsored by the Marco island Police and Fire Departments, featured various organizations such as law enforement, fire-rescure, emergency management, military, government and non-government agencies. They were on-hand to educate the community through various displays of equipment, personnel and systems. Huff explains that 'Anonymity is the key to Crime Stopper's success'.
