Judge Frederick Hardt presides over the probation violation hearing of former East Naples resident Raymond Gauthier, 72, on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008 at the Collier County Courthouse where he was convicted of breaking his probation by possessing a forged veteran document in his new Cocoa Beach, Fla. residence. Gauthier was sentenced last year for filing false documents with a false list of military achievements and awards to obtain a Prisoner of War Florida license plate.
