Rachel Orden, 12, waits with her mother Julie Kwiatkowski in the lobby of the Collier County Health Department immunization office before she gets her seventh grade vaccination Thursday morning. Southwest Florida public health officials are urging parents to get their children ready for back to school with vaccines and this year there is an extra effort given that there has been seven cases of measles in the state. In Collier, about 800 kids don't get vaccinated, with parents citing a religious exemption. For more information about vaccination schedules, visit www.collierhealthdept.org. Lexey Swall/Staff
