The "Sade Live" tour is the band's first in nearly a decade and is in support of its 2010 studio album Soldier of Love, the first since Lovers Rock was released in 2000. As for why the band has only released six studio albums in its almost 30 year career, Adu, the lynchpin of the group's songwriting effort, states "I only release records when I feel I have something to say.
