See larger Dr. Argyrios Tzilinis a Vascular Surgeon at Physicians Regional Medical Group is working with patient Phyllis Cusumano who has a vein condition called saphenous insufficiency.  This condition is due to blood in the veins flowing the wrong way causing swelling and discomfort. Dr. Argyrios Tzilinis is using a process called Endoluminal Ablation in which he has inserted a radiofrequency catheter into the vein, he looks at the inside of the vein using an ultrasound.
