RIght to Left, Ana Maria Perez, Maria Hernandez and Angelina Rojas work the food counter at La Fiesta #3. They all start their day at 3 in the morning, preparing the chicken and carne de rez that severs their large morning crowds. La Fiesta # 3 has become a central hub for the Immokalee community and a gathering place for farm workers who meet their transportation in the supermarket parking lot early in the mornings. The supermarket opens at 4 in the morning serving a variety of home made foods to hundreds of customers. Manuel Martinez/Staff
