The event had a low turn out due to the rain and organizers ran in to some technical difficulty as the lights on the Christmas tree did not light the first time they were turned on. Festivities will continue on Third Ave. S. through the week - except Thursday - with live music from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Snow will fall from light poles at 7:30 p.m. on those days.
