Lexey Swall/Staff Marlena Brackbusch, boat captain for Island Sailing, makes sure her 33-foot Catalina 309 is secure during inclement weather at City Dock in Naples on Monday. Naples has a more restrictive limit on the number of days a boater can stay over night on their vessel while at the City Dock than many other Florida coastal communities. City leaders want to see that change by increasing the current four night limit to at least seven nights and perhaps as many as 14 nights. The change requires approval from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
