The protest was in response to Wisconsin governor Scott Walker, who was attending a fundraiser for his re-election campaign. More than 200 protestors, from organizations such as Occupy Naples, NAACP, the AFL-CIO, the Collier County Education Association (CCEA), the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW), and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) joined the protest.
