Rosales-Trejo's attorney filed a motion for Collier Circuit Judge Fred Hardt to recuse himself from the trial. Rosales-Trejo is charged first-degree felony murder, two counts of sexual battery with a deadly weapon or great force, two counts of first-degree burglary with assault or battery, and third-degree grand theft stemming from crimes that occurred in 2005.
