Zackary Ziakas package gluten free bread for distribution for Naples-based For the Gourmet and it's subsidiary company Food Innovations at their warehouse on Beck Boulevard on Monday afternoon. The companies market and sell approximately 6000 gourmet food products in the U.S. to professional chefs, restaurants and consumers according to president Justin Wiernasz.
