Special to the Daily News/Jason Easterly Marie Heiland opened the Naples Olive Oil Company in the Greentree Center nearly five years ago. The store specializes on the finest olive oils and balsamic vinegars, but also carries an eclectic selection of local handmade pasta, chocolates, fine home accessories. The store is always changing inventory to insure freshness, but currently carries a selection of over 20 balsamic vinegars, 15 varietal olive oils and 11 flavored oils to choose from.
