Corey Perrine/Staff Vic Feary of Wayles, U.K. walks to put his rod back on its holder after a fish got away Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Delanor-Wiggins Pass State Park in Naples, Fla. Collier commissioners are discussing an approval for a Wiggins Pass dredging project that has been controversial in the past. The county is proposing the dredging but needs an OK from itself to do the work in what the county considers a "special treatment overlay" for environmentally sensitive areas. "Nature has a way of figuring things out, so why do it?" Feary said. "It will disturb the fish until it settle into a routine."
