The company has been in a squabble with a contractor that says he's owed money on the project and much of the equipment needed to complete the plant hasn't arrived because it hasn't been paid for. CEO Jeff Kottkamp says everything will soon be resolved and there's nothing to worry about. The county has investigated the situation, but commissioners seem to have been put at ease that this will all be resolved and everything is just fine with the company.
