Ida Margolis, one of two authors of the book, visits the school to read the story and speak to students about nutrition. Students left the presentation with a bag of organic carrots. In an effort to promote better eating habits, Margolis and the second author of the book, Rhonda Brazina, worked with Safe and Healthy Children's Coalition to bring the presentation to the school.
