Until then he has to report every two weeks to an officer handling his case. His release is a result of a sequester-enhanced mass ICE release around the country. Morales was held for 10 months after being a repeat border crosser offender. He is originally from Guanajuato, Mexico. Morales, a father of two, has been married 13 years.
