A new Thai-Japanese restaurant is opening in early February in Magnolia Square, located on the northeast corner of Goodlette-Frank and Pine Ridge roads. Thai Udon Café will be operated by Khwanjai Sawai and her husband, Adam Satinsky, who has been principal cellist for the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra for more than 15 years.
