People watch on as the Collier County Sheriff's Office participates in a training excersise to demonstrate how to escape a sinking vehicle at Golden Gate Community Park on Friday, Mar. 15, 2013 in Naples, Fla. Gordon Giesbrecht, a professor at the University of Manitoba and an expert on cold-water survival and safety, led the demonstration. His motto is, 'seatbelt, window, children, out.' He also urged people to never use their cell phone during this type of emergency.
