Ed Morton, a board of governors member, smiles Monday, March 25, 2013 at East Naples Middle School in Naples, Fla. Morton reacted to Gov. Rick Scott's comments on which Florida team he's rooting for in the Men's Division I NCAA basketball tournament. Scott quipped he was supporting the team with the word 'Florida' in it. Governor Scott came to visit the county to present a check to local area schools who maintained an overall A rating or increased a letter grade in the state's accountability measuring system. A total of 33 high, middle and elementary schools did just that and collectively earned just under 2.5 million dollars.
