  • According to the indictment, this home, at 990 Baltic Terrace, was sold twice in 2005 through the straw buyer scheme set up by Juan and Rachael Torrens. Wire transfers of $438,000 and $515,000 were recorded in September and again in October of 2005 for purchase of the home. According to the Collier County Appraiser's office, those sales were to Rene Rodriguez and Alicia Loaiza, both among the 31 people named in the indictment. It has since been purchased by new owners.
  • A notice for overgrown weeds sticks up in front of this home at 310 Worthington Street, which was purchased in 2006 by a buyer named Jacqueline Perez-Castillo. Perez-Castillo, who is one of the 31 under indictment, is still listed as the owner by the Collier County Appraiser's office.
