Jeff Baggett grabs a handful of fresh mullet fillets so that he can roll them in cracker meal breading and fry them up during Sunday’s 23rd annual Goodland Mullet Festival. Baggett said he’d go through about 1,700 fillets over the course of the weekend affair.
