Spooktacular: Children, parents dressed for the occasion
Tommie Barfield Elementary School’s PTO and the city’s Parks & Recreation department hosted Saturday’s Spooktacular event, which drew hundreds of appropriately dressed children and their parents as well as volunteers to Mackle Park.
