A car versus pedestrian accident on Marco Island Saturday morning sent one man to the hospital with minor injuries at about 8:30 a.m. The accident occurred on Palm Court, near the Olde Marco Inn, when the man, in his 70s, was crossing the street and was struck by a woman pulling out of a parking lot.
