  • At Paddy Murphy's Irish Pub in downtown Naples, barkeep Joey Threlkeld is practicing for a big St. Patty's day blowout by creating a foam shamrock on top of a Guiness beer. Patrons can pair it with Irish whiskey on the side.
  • Siobhan (pronounced Sha-von) Cummins, manager of Erin’s Isle Irish Pub and Restaurant, displays how to properly pull a pint of Guinness. Cummins was born and raised in County Kildare, Ireland west of Dublin. Erin’s Isle was the first Irish pub in Collier County which opened in 1983.
