  • Craig Woodward poses with the model he created of the new Marco Island Museum. It took him about three months of painstaking work.
  • A close up of one of the buildings in the model reveal's Woodward's attention to detail. He made the roof covering from real palm fronds, which he snipped and glued in place. The bridge in the picture is less than an inch long.
  • People are reflected in the model's protective case while it was put on display at a function at Marco Island's M&I Bank, which has supported the museum effort since inception.
