City Council addressed questions of the city's financial practices raised by former interim City Manager Dana Souza in Monday's meeting. Souza resigned from Parks and Recreation Oct. 16 for a job in Greenville, S.C. The meeting packed a punch with several other issues including new ordinances and amendments on the regular agenda.
