Cars traded in for cash for clunkers sit behind Germain Honda Naples before being scrapped as part of the Cash for Clunkers program. Cash for Clunkers is another name for the Car Allowance Rebate System, a $1 billion government program that gives a rebate of $3,500-$4,500 to consumers who trade in an older vehicle for a new one at car dealerships in the Unites States.
