It was one of many emotional interludes during the afternoon, some poignant and some punctuated by delight at the girl's remarkable progress since surgery about two weeks ago. About 100 people attended a Sunday function and walk at Mackle Park to raise funds to help the family with enormous surgery and ongoing rehabilitation costs associated with Olivia's recovery.
