  • Lely's petite Gabby Lopez still can't dunk the ball while sitting on the shoulders of 6-foot-6-inch Parker Ayers. However, both of them showed they could score and play defense, being named Class 4A players of the year in soccer and basketball.
  • Lely's Parker Ayers, Clas 4A basketball player of the Year may tower over Gabby Lopez, but non on in Class 4A soccer did as she also was named Player of the Year.
