Olde Naples Building receives renovation

See smaller There's a rumor going around town that the Old Fantozzi's property, on the SW corner of Broad and Third Street South, is coming down. Well it's time for us to quash that rumor. The building - originally built in 1920 - is under going some renovations to, as attorney John Passidomo said, restore it to its old glory. The city granted the owners a selective interior demolition permit. This permit, unlike other demo permits, dictates what can and can't be done on the property since it has been deemed a historical landmark.
