  • Tara Trevethan shows off two items from her tapas menu: ­ the flat iron steak and lobster mac and cheese. Tara’s starts serving tapas at 4 p.m., an hour before the full bill of fare is available.
  • Baby lamb chops and pork potstickers are also on the tapas menu at Tara’s Steak and Lobster House in the Esplanade. The restaurant offers a total of 14 different “lite bites” at budget prices.
  • Jersey fries at Tara are the epitome of comfort food, covered with brown gravy and mozzarella. Like all of the tapas on the menu, they are available to eat at the bar.
