The Jackson Laboratory project lives on in Collier County — for now. An effort by Collier County Commissioner Tom Henning with the backing of newly-elected Commissioner Georgia Hiller to halt all staff work on the contentious project didn’t garner the necessary third vote at Tuesday’s board meeting. Henning’s motion failed 2-3.
