Ritz Carlton sends laundry to Marco Island

See smaller A total of 9,200 pounds of laundry from the Ritz Carlton in Naples had to be done at the Marco Island Marriot Beach Resort on Friday. Services, including laundry, were disrupted at the Ritz by a gas line explosion in Lee County on Thursday night. Laundry was separated then placed in blue laundry bags that traveled to an area where it was dropped onto a conveyor belt to go into the huge washing machines. The entire laundry was to be done in just over six hours.

A total of 9,200 pounds of laundry from the Ritz Carlton in Naples had to be done at the Marco Island Marriot Beach Resort on Friday. Services, including laundry, were disrupted at the Ritz by a gas line explosion in Lee County on Thursday night. Laundry was separated then placed in blue laundry bags that traveled to an area where it was dropped onto a conveyor belt to go into the huge washing machines.
